Payments, Bookings, and No-Refund Policy
- Payment Gateway: All payments on Putting Scene (for event tickets, memberships, or other services) are processed securely via our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers; Razorpay (or your chosen payment provider) handles and secures your payment information.
- Booking Confirmation: A booking or membership purchase is confirmed only when we have received payment and sent you a confirmation. We will email or WhatsApp you the details of your confirmed booking and update it in your account.
- No Cancellations or Refunds: Once a booking or membership payment is successfully processed, the sale is final. We do not allow cancellations or provide refunds for confirmed bookings or memberships, even if you change your mind or cannot attend an event. By making a booking or purchase, you agree that all sales are final (except where refunds are mandated by law or at our sole discretion).
- Event Changes or Cancellations: If an event organizer cancels or changes an event, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for any losses you incur (such as travel expenses or the value of your time). Resolving any such issues is up to you and the event organizer. Our no-refund policy still applies to payments already made through Putting Scene.
