Often called “emotional acupuncture without needles”. EFT helps release stress, reduce anxiety, and restore emotional balance In this session you will learn how to apply EFT in daily life for long-term well-being Community & Connection - wellness is even more powerful when we grow together ! We understand that plans can change! If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you’re eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price. Unfortunately, no-shows without prior notice won’t be eligible for a refund or rescheduling — though we’ll certainly miss having you there.
