About the Experience
Bengaluru Servd and NIC Ice Creams present: Supper Clubs of India - Bengaluru Edition, a series of intimate dining experiences highlighting regional community-style meals and cuisines from across India! Chef Jenny Clinta, founder of one of Bengaluru’s favourite Supper Clubs, Sakaré, is bringing us a pastry-lover’s feast! Started in 2024, Sakaré was a way to showcase Chef Jenny’s journey from the Andamans to France where she trained to become a professional pastry chef. For our Supper Club, she’s bringing back her iconic Gajar dessert, her personal favourite- the Tiramisu, her famous Macarons, Apple Tarte Tatin, and many more dishes. DISCLAIMER: All dishes contain Egg. The 7-course tasting menu starts with savouries followed by a palate cleanser as well as two indulgent dishes paired with surprise NIC Ice Creams flavours and petit fours to end the experience. The entire supper is crafted to be perfectly-balanced in its sweetness with ingredients from the Andamans as well such as locally-sourced Pandan and Cinnamon! 1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded. 2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment. 3. We recommend that you arrive at the venue on time to ensure the event starts on time for all participants. Since this is a group meal experience, we will wait until 12:45pm for majority of the group to reach before we start the meal with Chef. 4. We will not be able to wait beyond the start time mentioned in point 3. 5. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer. 6. The event may be documented for future content purposes. 7. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted for the event. Kindly inform us in advance in case a child under the age of 10 is accompanying you. 8. The venue may have a high table & chair seating set up. 9. In case the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the internet handling fee/ platform fee amount will not be refunded.
